From Central America to Africa: Overseas Chinese School Principals See How “Personalized Learning at Scale” Becomes Real

Overseas Chinese-language education has long faced a structural challenge: limited teaching staff, learners scattered far and wide, and time zones spanning three continents. Yet the mission of every overseas Chinese school principal remains the same—to ensure that the next generation can master Chinese and sustain their cultural identity even far from home.

In December 2025, the Overseas Community Affairs Council's "Delegation of Overseas Chinese School Principals and Directors from Central and South America and Africa" visited the Jianguo Campus of the School of Continuing Education at Chinese Culture University for an in-depth exchange with WisdomGarden CEO YC Heng on "A New Paradigm for the Future of Learning."
