On December 12, 2025, WisdomGarden and the Korea Insurance Institute (KII) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) centered on “AI Empowered Insurance Training.” The two organizations will jointly advance AI-powered talent development in the insurance industry, building a next-generation learning and assessment ecosystem for the insurance markets of Korea and Southeast Asia.
KII is Korea’s foremost professional training institution for the insurance industry, serving the nation’s major insurers and hundreds of thousands of insurance professionals nationwide. The partnership will deploy WisdomGarden’s AI LXP (Learning Experience Platform) and its AIPICA intelligent assessment system, enabling insurance professionals to pursue AI-assisted, self-directed learning paths and fully automated assessments that substantially improve both the efficiency and the impact of training.
The MOU spans three core areas of collaboration:
First, AI Technology Collaboration
The two parties will jointly advance the application of AI-powered question generation, sharply reducing the cost of building and maintaining course assessments while improving the quality and consistency of question banks. The collaboration also covers the localization and international export of insurance training courses, with the goal of extending proven insurance-education models into the Southeast Asian market and helping cultivate more insurance professionals.
Second, Training Incentives and Digital Payment Innovation
The two parties will jointly explore token-based training incentive models and build a Learn-to-Earn learning mechanism, allowing learning outcomes to be quantified, recorded, and rewarded. In parallel, the associated payment mechanisms will integrate multiple digital payment methods, establishing a more robust transaction infrastructure and business model for future cross-border education services.
Third, Joint Technology Research and Development
Combining their respective expertise and industry experience, the two parties will jointly develop AI applications, assessment models, and intelligent learning systems tailored to insurance-education scenarios, creating professional talent-development solutions better aligned with industry needs.
The significance of this partnership goes beyond the adoption of a single product or technology. It reflects how Taiwan’s education-technology sector is participating, as a long-term technology partner, in the talent-development transformation of the insurance industry in Korea and across Asia. For WisdomGarden, it also marks an important milestone in extending AI learning technology from higher education into specialized fields such as finance and insurance.
What do you see as the greatest challenge facing insurance-industry talent development today? Can AI genuinely solve the long-standing problems of high investment, low engagement, and difficult-to-measure training outcomes?
