On May 15, 2025, the Overseas Community Affairs Council hosted the "Taiwan Education Study Tour of the National Council of Associations of Chinese Language Schools" in a grand event held at the Hi-Young Cultural and Educational Foundation. The delegation brought together the council's president, chief academic officers, and principals from member schools, all gathered to exchange ideas on the digital advancement of overseas Chinese-language education.
