When Taipei Becomes the Hub of Global Chinese IT-Education Innovation: A Knowledge Arena of Diverse Perspectives

Now in its 13th edition, the 2018 Taipei Global Chinese IT-Education Innovation Forum was hosted by Taipei Municipal Heping Senior High School. Under this year's theme, "Smart Education × Digital Integration," it drew more than 300 participants—education experts and scholars, K–12 principals, and teachers from Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and beyond. Around four pillars—broadband smart campuses, smart learning environments, campus digital management, and digital innovation in education—attendees explored how to harness digital technology to build a new generation of smart learning.

WisdomGarden's ROOMIS card-swipe check-in was deployed on site to speed up guest admission, while teachers experienced online course enrollment on the CooC Online School OnO platform, signing up for the topic sessions that interested them.
