When Taipei Becomes the Hub of Global Chinese IT-Education Innovation: A Knowledge Arena of Diverse Perspectives
Language is the most powerful connector, and in Taipei, educators from seven Chinese-speaking regions found a common language that transcends borders.

Now in its 13th edition, the 2018 Taipei Global Chinese IT-Education Innovation Forum was hosted by Taipei Municipal Heping Senior High School. Under this year's theme, "Smart Education × Digital Integration," it drew more than 300 participants—education experts and scholars, K–12 principals, and teachers from Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, and beyond. Around four pillars—broadband smart campuses, smart learning environments, campus digital management, and digital innovation in education—attendees explored how to harness digital technology to build a new generation of smart learning.
