In recent years, stakeholders across Taiwan have devoted themselves to developing innovative technologies and advancing forward-looking trends around the "smart campus" and "future learning." The goal is to foster cloud applications and teaching innovation, promote value-added uses of information technology, and strengthen the competitiveness of both the IT industry and campuses.

To coincide with this year's Taiwan EdTech Expo, the "Smart Campus Innovation Forum" was organized, bringing together Director Yen Ssu-chun of National Taiwan University, Director Chiang Jung-hsien of National Cheng Kung University, Professor Lin Hao-chiang of National University of Tainan, and Chairman Michael Cheng of WisdomGarden. Speaking respectively on campus cloud applications, AI, affective computing, and teaching-technology innovation, they shared real-world examples of smart-campus innovation to help institutions strengthen their own capabilities.

In his forum talk, "Trends in Teaching-Technology Innovation and Application," Chairman Cheng distilled reports published by leading research institutions in higher-education digitalization, identifying six key trends, six major challenges, and six significant technological developments on the horizon. He closed by demonstrating how WisdomGarden's TronClass learning management platform is designed to meet these educational trends and teaching needs.
